Nuru welcomes you with open arms! We are situated in the beating heart of Palma de Mallorca - Santa Catalina. Bursting with life and light - A dynamic yet blissfully traditional quarter for the sailing fraternity.
Santa Catalina is something special, and so is our philosophy: no compromise on comfort and quality for our guests. We care infinitely for your palate and your soul.
Why “Nuru”? Well, our name comes from the African language Swahili for Light, Vitality and New Beginnings. We find that sums us up quite nicely.
We’re not interested in the quick fix. This is not the place for rushing large servings to the undiscriminating. We go for quality, involving careful use of the best ingredients presented to please the eye. We only work with fresh, seasonal and ingredients, most sourced close. You will be enchanted by our unique flavours and their appearance on the plate.
We have designed our starters to begin a truly convivial meal for everyone round the table: you never eat alone at Nuru! Like the best wine our dishes need time to achieve perfection.
