Our Coffee
Our roasting company, situated at the foot of the Western Alps and Monviso, prefers, as always, to pursue quality rather than quantity.
We select the best quality of coffee beans in the world and we roast every variety separately. This way, we can adjust the exact "cooking" temperature of the bean and the time necessary to obtain that perfect roast.
Every type of our fresh roasted coffee “rests” for 72 hours before it is ready for consumption, to ensure maximum flavor.
Only now can it be enjoyed by you, our loyal customer.
